Baarns Consulting Group (BCG) produces an intranet-based conference room-scheduling program designed exclusively for the legal marketplace. As of winter 2005, RoomTracker has been purchased by over 30 AmLaw 200 firms (AmLaw 5 to AmLaw 192). Two of our firms are AmLaw 6 with approximately 1400 attorneys each. Our higher utilization firms have logged over 700,000 reservations to date and their input provides the raw materials for updates and enhancements.
RoomTracker is attorney/secretary friendly, yet rich in options for the power user and administrator. It quickly and easily brings order to an important legal business process, managing conference rooms in branch offices and across the firm.
Developed with the active collaboration of an AmLaw 15 firm, RoomTracker incorporates features satisfying the specific needs of the legal community. The foundational design scales from the single office firm to the largest firms in the world. RoomTracker offers a feature set taking the best of current marketplace offerings and creates a best-of-breed legal product. In creating this new product, Baarns has maximized the best of today’s web and database technology to architect a product with a forward-looking legal focus, not a generic compromise.
